Saint Patrick's Well
To the Family in Eireland
I live in the shadow of Saint Patrick, the one who brought the Faith to Eire. With all the celebration that over- shadows why He came to Eire;
in order to point us to the Triune God, as he picked a shammrock to explain. Though it has three leaves it is yet one, the
same is true of God; Three persons yet in essence one, Father, Spirit and the Son.
A well for the thirsty, a well for those seeking to be renewed with the Peace of God to be embraced by drinking from
Saint Patrick's well. The Well is the Spirit flowing from underneath God the Father's throne, so take and drink you thirsty
ones who long for a living peace, this well springs eternally from our Savior's side and will never cease. No sin to big or
little be that can be washed away in its tide.
What a shadow do I fall under, where only Faith can dwell; as I reach ever more deeply into Saint Patrick's well.
